SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and 6–14 business days for standard shipping (varies by location). You will be sent an order confirmation email after purchase to the email address you provided during checkout, and a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your package ships.
NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. Whiton does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your estimated delivery date.
Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order may be delayed if we need to contact you to update incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Your order may be delivered by your local postal service or a courier. Most orders will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice advising where your delivery can be collected.
We will not re-ship packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or customer unavailability.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Whiton does not hold or accept responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
Your local customs office may require additional documents or time to clear your package, which may delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframes.
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for any restricted items before placing your order. We are not liable for items refused, held, or seized by customs. If your package is seized, you may contact us at whitonco@gmail.com to arrange a replacement at an additional charge.
